October 1, 2026: OFSI amends two Russian Oil General Licences

OFSI has amended the Oil Price Cap: Exempt Projects and Countries General Licence and the Russian Oil Exempt Project General Licence

On 1 October, OFSI updated the Oil Price Cap General Licence: Exempt Projects and Countries (INT/2022/2470156) and the General Licence: Russian Oil Exempt Projects (INT/2025/5635700), extending the Sakhalin-2 expiry dates to 31 December 2026.

Any persons intending to use INT/2022/2470156 or INT/2025/5635700 should consult the copy of the Licence for full details of the permissions and usage requirements.
