I hope you have more fun on New Year’s Day than I will. I’ve discovered that the prompt I use to parse OFAC updates is not great – at a minimum, with cargo vessels. So, I’m going to re-engineer the whole thing to properly identify the various data elements – like the cargo vessel call sign, which I only noticed for the first time today.

I will go back and update the affected posts when I get this right… thank goodness I only started doing this in early December.

In the meantime, party hearty, but stay safe this New Year’s Eve. I’ve got Andy and Anderson recording on CNN for when my wife and I get back from dinner… don’t we have the best life?
